Terms of Service
All submissions will be reviewed and must comply with my Terms of Service. Work will be more selective, meaning the artist will choose what she wants to work with, so some work may not be accepted.Delivery Time:Orders can take 2 to 3 weeks to complete and deliver. Very complex pieces can take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the difficulty and number of elements. The client will be informed and updated throughout the process.Revisions:The client will receive printouts of the drawing stages and may request any desired changes. The start date of the finishing process cannot be changed. Any changes to the drawing after the finishing process has begun will incur a 20% fee. If the client wishes the artist to redo the drawing even after the painting is complete, a 50% fee will be charged.Refunds:The illustration can be started after receiving 50% of the payment, for the security of both the artist and the client. The remaining balance must be paid to the artist after receiving the completed work.
You can request a refund if the order is not started, or if the artist cancels the illustration! After starting the process, the time spent will be charged at 25% if it is still in sketching, and 50% if the painting has already begun.Communication:Feel free to send messages to inquire about the progress of your order or ask any other questions.Use:Orders are for personal use only. Commercial use or monetization of the artwork is not permitted. Only if you select the commercial use option! Please notify me in advance if you do not wish the artwork to be published, or it may be posted on my profile. For private artwork, a 30% discretionary fee will be added.Additional Information:The client will provide all necessary information and requirements in advance, including visual references or any other materials, before the work begins. It is recommended to compile all references into a large file, whether a PDF, Google Doc, Word file, or preferably a Google Drive folder.The artist has no interest in any type of Image generated by Artificial Intelligence or NFTs, and the client agrees not to use the Artist's work in any of these media.

Todos os formulários serão revisados e devem estar em conformidade com meus Termos de Serviço. Os trabalhos serão mais seletivos, ou seja, a artista escolherá com o que deseja trabalhar, portanto, alguns trabalhos podem não ser aceitos.Prazo de entrega:As encomendas podem levar de 2 a 3 semanas para serem concluídas e entregues. Peças muito complexas podem demorar de 3 a 4 semanas dependendo da dificuldade e da quantidade de elementos, todo processo será informado e atualizado ao cliente.Revisões:O cliente receberá prints das etapas do desenho, podendo solicitar quaisquer alterações que desejar. A data de início do processo de finalização não pode ser alterada. Quaisquer alterações no desenho após o início do acabamento acarretarão uma taxa de 20%. Caso o cliente deseje que o artista refaça o desenho mesmo após a conclusão da pintura, será cobrada uma taxa de 50%.Reembolso:
A ilustração poderá ser iniciada após o recebimento de 50% do pagamento, para segurança tanto do artista quanto do cliente. O saldo restante deverá ser pago ao artista após o recebimento da obra concluída.
Você poderá solicitar reembolso se a encomenda não for iniciada, ou se houver desistência da ilustração por parte do artista! Após iniciar o processo, o tempo gasto será contabilizado com 25% caso ainda esteja em sketch, 50% caso já tenha iniciado a pintura.Comunicação:Sinta-se livre para enviar mensagens para perguntar sobre como está sua encomenda, ou tirar quaisquer outras dúvidas.Uso:As encomendas são feitas para uso pessoal, não é permito comercializar, ou monetizar sobre a arte. Somente se marcar a opção de uso comercial! Avise com antecedência caso não queira que a arte seja publicada, ou então ela poderá ser postada no meu perfil. Para obras de arte privadas, será adicionada uma taxa de discrição de 30%.Informações adicionais:O cliente fornecerá todas as informações e requisitos necessários antecipadamente, incluindo referências visuais ou qualquer outro material, antes do início do trabalho. Recomenda-se compilar todas as referências em um arquivo grande, seja um PDF, Google Doc, arquivo do Word ou, preferencialmente, uma pasta do Google Drive.O artista não tem interesse em nenhum tipo de Imagem gerada por Inteligência Artificial ou NFTs, e o cliente concorda em não utilizar a obra da Artista em nenhuma dessas mídias.
